Before becoming a full-time coach, I earned a master’s in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University (2003), specializing in organizational change, interpersonal skill development, as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand people and realize their potential.

I also earned a doctorate in education from Yeshiva University (2013), focusing on psychology and education. My doctoral thesis analyzed the top relationship education programs in the United States. I also surveyed over 2,650 ever-married people to determine the most essential ingredients of marital success.
I published two articles about my research in peer-reviewed psychology journals. My research was also analyzed by two more professionals for their doctorates in psychology.
One of the strengths of my relationship coaching, is that I continue to review scientific research about the psychology of relationships and I teach people how to apply the latest research on what makes and breaks relationships.
