Hi! I’m Chani!
I’m driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior – what shapes the way people think, feel, and act. With over two decades as a social psychologist, educator, and trainer, I’ve honed the ability to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and create a warm, conversational space where people feel seen and understood. This approach often reveals rich, surprising insights that lead to positive results in understanding and action.
In my work as a user researcher, I bring empathy and analytical rigor together to uncover what truly matters to your users. I specialize in understanding pain points, identifying opportunities, and translating those into clear, actionable strategies so that you can enhance products, services, and experiences.
My research experience spans qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and large-scale data analysis. I’m a certified data scientist with expertise in data visualization and machine learning; skills that I use to explore user behavior and investigate the rapidly evolving field of AI technology.
I hold a master’s degree in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University, where I focused on organizational change, interpersonal development, and research methodologies to unlock human potential.
I also earned a doctorate in education from Yeshiva University, where my dissertation explored predictors of marital success using a self-developed and statistically validated evaluation tool. That research analyzed data from over 2,650 participants and has been featured in peer-reviewed psychology journals and utilized by other scholars in their doctoral work.
Always looking to learn more, collaborate, and innovate, I look forward to working with you to enhance your users’ experience and maximize your success!
